What makes ticketing so important?
The stars on our stages come and go, and more than most realize, a venue and its ongoing and direct relationship with guests and members is with our ticketing staff. Whether calling, going online, emailing, or walking in, a customer and their questions, requests for assistance, information on the show and pricing, and ultimately the purchase of seats, all roll through the Box Office. If that customer service is great from the start, it sets the stage for a fantastic live entertainment event. What drives me to be the best is helping buyers find great seats and ensuring these important customer relationships are no less than exceptional.
